Guji Highlands is home to some of the finest coffees in Ethiopia. Dambi Uddo is situated at very high elevation of 2145m, producing deliciously complex profiles. The estate is segmented into six parts and we are proud to offer the entire harvest from our exclusive plot, Gatame.
Our naturally processed lot offers the very best Ethiopian character, with intense flavours of blueberry, bergamot, and black tea. Strawberry and tropical fruits appear as it cools, with texture that is rich and velvety.
