Named for its beautiful views over the town of Santa Rosa, Buena Vista has delivered some of our most memorable Guatemala coffees recently. Renowned for its complexity and sweetness, 2025 was the first harvest of Sidra at the estate and we are excited to be the first to share it.
The Cup
In this lot, Fredy has used 48 hours of fermentation to create a profile with both abundant fruit and elegant florals. When brewing, aromas of jasmine, chamomile and wild berries come first. Notes of mango, raspberry, and lemon follow, with a lingering, sweet finish like vanilla and creamy butterscotch.
