With a focus on innovation and precision, they’ve built a project dedicated to exploring new varieties, fine-tuning fermentation, and creating coffees that are both distinctive and deeply delicious.
Before starting Quebraditas, Edinson spent years immersed in the coffee industry, learning how markets shift, flavours evolve, and quality is built from the ground up. Now, that experience shapes every decision, from soil care and shade management to meticulous processing techniques like thermal shock and yeast inoculation.
