Sourced from smallholder farms in the highlands of Bona Zuria, in Ethiopia’s renowned Sidama region, this washed lot showcases the elegance and clarity the area is known for. Coffee here is grown at elevations between 2,000–2,226 masl by small producers cultivating diverse Ethiopian landrace varieties, often intercropped with food crops and farmed organically by default.
Cherries are carefully hand-picked, washed, and dried slowly on shaded raised beds, allowing the cup to fully express its high-altitude character. The result is a vibrant, refined profile with notes of dried mango, strawberry, and delicate florals, supported by a silky texture and clean, articulate finish.
