Mullugeta Muntasha processed this lot as a traditional natural from fruit delivered by outgrowers in Bursa, Arbegona, Sidama. Whole fruit dried on raised beds allowing yeasts time to transform them.
Mullugeta only started in coffee in 2021, leaving his long held role as a transport truck driver and returning to his village, Bursa, in the Arsi region with the goal of producing top coffees. He hit the ground running, placing in the top 6 of multiple Cup of Excellence competitions over the subsequent years.
