This ultra clean sidra is a welcome addition to our growing menu of fresh-crop, washed Colombian coffees. Different sips at different temperatures revealed a whole host of flavors — grape, red apple, raspberry, and just a hint of guava in the background.
Producer Marilin Muñoz continues a multigenerational coffee-growing legacy. Alongside her family, she cultivates both classic and rare coffee varieties using sustainable practices, including biorecycling and nature preservation, while improving post-harvest methods with support from InConexus and programs like Women Power. This particular lot was hand-harvested and meticulously processed, reflecting the Muñoz family’s dedication to producing exceptional coffee. After picking, the cherries were sealed in bags for 18-24 hours, then depulped, washed, and dried for 18-26 days.
