Lush, decadent, and aromatic, this natural-processed Guji offers a layered cup that balances fruit and floral elegance with rich sweetness. Expect notes of cooked peach, dark chocolate, fresh jasmine, and cacao, lifted by a wine-like acidity and a smooth, fruit-driven sweetness.
Sourced from the Gogogu washing station in Ethiopia’s Guji Zone, this coffee is grown at elevations of 1,900–2,200 MASL by over 700 smallholder farmers, each cultivating heirloom Ethiopian varieties on plots averaging just 2 hectares. Harvest runs from November to January, when ripe cherries are handpicked and delivered to the station, where they are carefully processed and naturally dried on raised beds.
The result is a vibrant and complex coffee that highlights the unique terroir of Guji—where high elevation, fertile soil, and traditional, chemical-free farming come together to create one of Ethiopia’s most celebrated cup profiles
