That is, it's a particularly unique coffee from Adriana Franco in Colombia featuring delicate floral sweetness tempered by a little bit of spice that feels as exotic as the varietal is rare.
You may even get a kick out of the coffee's variegated appearance — it's not a blend, we promise, but the shape and size varies noticeably between beans.
Weird to roast, to behold, maybe even to brew — but absolutely wicked to taste!
