From one of the most celebrated coffee farms in the world comes Takesi’s most prized variety—Gesha. Grown at a place that feels like it touches the sky, this coffee shows why Finca Takesi has become a benchmark for clarity and elegance in the cup.

The farm’s extreme climate and long ripening seasons bring out Gesha’s most delicate traits. Cherries mature slowly under cool conditions, concentrating sweetness and developing an aromatic profile that feels almost otherworldly. Every lot is hand-picked and washed with meticulous care to preserve the variety’s signature florals and syrupy texture.

Expect a cup that is both refined and expressive, with nectar-like sweetness and vibrant aromatics that unfold with every sip. This Gesha is a perfect reflection of Takesi’s dedication to pushing coffee quality to extraordinary heights.

Red Catuai:

Red Catuai was the first variety we ever purchased from Takesi, and it remains a personal favourite. While this variety is often known for simple, approachable flavours, Takesi’s unique landscape transforms it into something far more complex and memorable.

The farm’s high-altitude environment slows maturation dramatically, allowing sugars to concentrate and structure to develop in a way that feels almost amplified. Each lot is carefully hand-picked and washed to showcase clarity without losing the comforting richness that makes Catuai beloved.

Peaberry Java
