This is a sneak peek at our upcoming El Tabor caturra/var. colombia, roasted for espresso! This coffee is just a touch darker than our filters coffees, perfect for straight shots and americanos. This also makes fabulous cold brew and even filter coffee, especially for those just starting their specialty coffee journey. We love this coffee's lush and floral flavors of orange and caramel.
Cesar Dario Muñoz, son of famed coffee producer Fabiola Ortega, manages 5 hectares dedicated to coffee production. With support from partner InConexus, Cesar has driven many quality improvements at the farm, adding new varieties and improving cup quality.
This coffee was depulped and fermented for just 24 hours, followed by washing and 19-25 days of drying.
