A fruity, jammy, and juicy coffee from Jorge Elias Rojas of Finca El Jardín in Colombia. This red Bourbon anaerobic washed bursts with tasting notes of apple compote, raspberry coulis, and raisins. It’s rich and textured, a washed coffee with the depth and sweetness of a natural, thanks to its extended fermentation.
