Veering further into funk than we’ve ever gone before, this quartet (4 x 100g each) is a quintessential taste of the experimental side of coffee.

Three of the four are from producer Sebastian Ramirez of El Placer farm in Colombia, where he and his family continue to push boundaries in varietal innovation and processing methods.

The fourth is our oft-requested annual barrel-aged coffee, a holiday tradition with a nod to the brewery where our roasting journey began.

The first three are roasted for filter, the fourth for espresso or filter — but brew them however the FUNK you want.
