We are super excited about this bright and juicy chiroso from Finca El Rubí, with pretty flavors of lemongrass and a hint of pineapple.
Wilder Lasso is a veterinarian who specializes in livestock farming. Over the past seven years, he has used precision agriculture to neutralize his soil and produce some incredible coffee.
These cherries were pulped and anaerobically fermented for 100 hours. The coffee was washed and sorted by hand before drying for 20 days on raised beds.
