Tropical Silk is our second coffee from Finca San Antonio, and it's a beauty. This anaerobic-washed gesha is a lovely coffee with juicy, ripe flavors of pineapple and berry wine. We're in love with the coffees Finca San Antonio is putting out, so don't miss out on their eponymous Finca San Antonio Caturra.
After picking, the whole cherries were fermented intact for 24 hours. Then after being dry-pulped, they fermented anaerobically for 80 hours. Finally, the coffee dried in parabolic beds for 20 - 22 days
