From TANAT
From the legendary Granja La Esperanza, this exceptional Geisha is grown at an altitude of between 1,700 and 1,900 meters, on the fertile slopes of the Cerro Azul farm, in the Valle del Cauca region. Thanks to a controlled hybrid washed fermentation, it delicately expresses the purity and aromatic richness of this unique terroir.
In the cup, the experience is vibrant, floral and fruity.
Café Granja La Esperanza – Excellence and Innovation in Colombia
The family business is run by Rigoberto Herrera and his brother Luis, two passionate pioneers who have transformed the family's agricultural heritage into a leading source of exceptional coffee. Granja La Esperanza operates several farms across Colombia, each with its own microclimate, altitude, and agronomic characteristics. These include:
. Cerro Azul: specialized in Geisha, with a humid and cool climate ideal for slow maturation.
. Las Margaritas, La Esperanza & Potosí: each dedicated to specific varieties and extensive experimentation on processes.
Their expertise has allowed their coffees to be regularly used in world barista and brewer championships, with several titles to their name.
