In 2024, we were fortunate enough to bring coffees from producer Tamiru Tadesse to Europe for the first time. Thanks to his expertise in processing, each coffee bears its unique signature: complexity, clarity, and fruitiness. This batch is a prime example, with a cup structure that leaves us speechless.

Perfectly ripe cherries are hand-selected and placed in airtight tanks with musto for a 96-hour anaerobic fermentation. This slow and meticulous process reveals a unique aromatic complexity.

An intensely fruity cup, dominated by notes of raspberry, tropical fruits, and a floral note of dried jasmine. A bold, complex, and perfectly balanced coffee.
