A coffee made for the change of season. Our Autumn Coffee comes from Finca Himalaya in El Salvador, where Mauricio Salaverria creates one of our signature flavours: Himalaya Pineapple. Expect candied apple, dark chocolate and almond, with plenty of rounded sweetness. A warming seasonal coffee for cooler mornings and cosy days - a perfect option on your bar this Autumn.
The Cup
Full-bodied and rich, Himalaya Pineapple is a perfect match for autumn. Notes of apple and pineapple bring ripe fruity sweetness. Dark chocolate, caramel, and almond add the depth we love in coffee from Finca Himalaya. Roasted for both filter and espresso, it is sweet and rounded black, while chocolate and caramel become especially smooth through milk.
