From The Barn
Last season, we shared a first lot from the Asman Gayo Mill in Sumatra. Founded by Cup of Excellence winner Asman Arianto, the mill receives cherries from smallholders in the region of Aceh, carefully curating coffees that showcase some of the best Indonesian flavour we have come across.
The Cup
This is natural processing at its best: complex and full of ripe fruit, combined with an elegant touches of oolong tea and vanilla. Intensely sweet in the cup, expect notes of strawberry compote, apple, and cinnamon.
