This is our first time buying coffee from Wilmer Galindez. He is an inspiring young man and an incredibly motivated producer who has overcome many challenges as a coffee grower. We look forward to con- tinuing working with Wilmer and other producers from the Monkaaba project. This washed blend of Pink Bourbon & Tabi has a vibrant acidity with flavours of milk chocolate, blood orange and sweetened iced tea.
