    Happy to release this expressive and (the right amount of boozy) coffee from Aquiares Estate in Costa Rica. The Centroamericano varietal is a hybrid between a Sarchimor T5296 + Sudan Rume and process / dried as an anaerobic natural. The result is a textured and layered coffee, syrupy with tasting notes of purple grapes, cherry praline and grand marnier.
