    This is Strawberry Kiss little sister! From the same Rumu Damo washing station, this process is slightly different than a simple natural Ethiopian. It has gone under extended anaerobic fermentation giving this profile more intensity. It is however not too boozy, just very jammy and delicious. Tasting notes of strawberry jam, mandarine & sweet cherries.
