He fermented the coffee for 120 hours with additional yeast cultures to really get the party started. Then came fresh mango puree and CO2 injections, which enhanced the tropical aromatics over another 72 hours of fermentation.
The result is a coffee that celebrates every little thing you love about mangos, without compromising the exquisite clarity of the Pink Bourbon.
