Fairfield Medium: A medium roast that crafted with a focus on gentleness and balance
It offers a pleasant fruitiness reminiscent of cherry and red apple, layered with soft sweetness like roasted nuts and caramel, supported by a clean, vibrant acidity.
To bring out the character of the coffee itself as fully as possible, we approached the roast with a delicate balance in mind, avoiding overly dominant roast flavors. From the first hot sip to the moment the cup cools, we hope you enjoy the evolving sweetness and changing flavor expression throughout the experience.
