From Luna

A great coffee for those who prefer washed coffee profiles, but want to branch out - this one is super "clean" with low amount of funk and plenty of complex fruit, florals, and lovely acidity.

Variety 74158 grown by 4th place COE winner (2024), Bekele Yutute, on his farm in Bensa, Sidama. Processed as whole fruit and dried on raised beds allowing yeasts time to transform them.

Bekele grows primarily 74158, a common and adaptive variety in Bensa. Wanting to produce higher-end coffees and to export them himself, Bekele got his export licence in 2021 with a focus on incredibly articulate sundried and anaerobic lots (this one's sundried), with his brother-in-law  helping to manage the farm.

Mejorado is a very unique variety mainly grown in Ecuador. Due to genetic testing it’s been revealed that it is actually a Bourbon variety cross-pollinated with an Ethiopian Landrace variety.
