We're very excited to present this beautiful washed Chiroso variety from Ivan Montoya in Urrao, Antioquia. While we were already excited about gaining access to more Chiroso, our visit to Antioquia last fall reinforced our desire to engage even more in the region. In the cup, Ivan's coffee shows a mix of wild blueberry, apricot and lemon verbena.
