CoopeTarrazú, the coop behind this fantastic coffee, insures harvesting the coffee during the region’s dry season, which produces consistency in coffee uniformity. One of the most recognizable coffee-producing regions, Tarrazú accounts for 25 percent of the country's total coffee production and prioritizes the welfare of its workers and their communities.
