From Valor
This anaerobic natural hails from Worka Sakaro Washing Station, consisting of coffees grown between 2,000 and 2,200 meters above sea level. After the coffee is floated, it's then placed in carbon dioxide & nitrogen flushed containment, monitored for 3-7 days, removed when the cherries have reached the desired pH, and finally dried. Expect INSANE things happening with this one – we get pleasant grape juice, watermelon candy, and amaro.
